1 lb. hamburger meat
2 - 3 slices bread - crumbled into hamburger meat
1 chopped onion
1 egg
1 can golden mushroom soup
⅓ can water
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburger, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and ⅓ can mushroom soup. Mix well and form into patties. Fry slow. After frying, pour off grease. Combine ⅓ can water and ⅔ or remaining soup. Pour over cooked patties. Turn heat down to simmer and cook about 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
