2 eggs, slightly beaten
¾ cups milk
⅔ cups bread crumbs (I use seasoned Brownberry stuffing)
¼ cup grated onion (sometimes I use minced onion)
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp ground sage
dash of pepper
1 lb. ground beef
¼ cup ketchup
2 Tbls brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, milk, crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and pepper. Add to beef and mix well. Place mixture in a loaf pan. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard and nutmeg together and spread over top of meat. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
