3 eggs
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (melted)
½ cup oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
Powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Using an electric mixer, beat together eggs, sugar, melted chocolate, oil, baking powder and vanilla. Add flour, ½ cup each time.

Cover and chill an hour or so. Shape in 1" balls and roll in powder sugar. Place them 1" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet or parchment paper lined. Bake 8-10 minutes. They are done when the edges are set and tops are cracked.

DO NOT OVERBAKE!
