Ingredients:  
6 lb. white potatoes (only white) grated or shoestring
4 medium onions chopped
6 large eggs
3 heaping tablespoons flour
salt
pepper
garlic powder
1 lb. bacon
1 lb eckrich polish kilbasa (peel off skin) (can substitute Italian sausage)

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly cook bacon and onions in pan until onions are clear.,
Throw in kilbasa for just a minute.
Mix all together in a bowl.
Lightly grease casserole with oil.
Put in kugula and add a little oil on the top.
Cook at 350 for 1- hours. (until crusty brown on top)
