1. German Chocolate Cake Mix (make as directed. Pour ½ batter into greased and floured 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

2. Heat until melted:
1 package carmels, 1 stick margarine and ½ cup milk - pour mixture over cake.

3. Sprinkle over the carmel mixture:
¾ cup chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped nuts.

4. Pour remaining batter over all. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes.
