Cinnamon Chips and Dip Recipe

4 flour tortillas
Butter 1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

4 oz. cream cheese
1 carton vanilla yogurt
4 tsp. sugar
tsp. cinnamon

Fruit salsa (Tressi Tweedy)
1 pint strawberries - finely chopped
2 granny smith apples, peeled and finely chopped
1 kiwi, peeled and finely chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Butter one side of the tortillas. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Use a pizza cutter and cut into wedges. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until the chips crisp up.

Cream Cheese Dip: Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and cinnamon.

Fruit salsa dip: Mix diced strawberries, apples and kiwi in 2 tbsp. brown sugar
