2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 lb. Pork Sausage
1 Onion- chopped
1 Bell Pepper- chopped
1 rib Celery- chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1½ C. Uncooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté ground beef and sausage; drain grease. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery and cook until vegetables are softened
Add all soups and rice; mix together.

Pour into a greased 13' x 9" x 2" casserole dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 325º for 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes depending on oven.
