2 1/2 Cup Flour
1 2/3 Cup Sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Cloves
2/3 Cup Butter
2/3 Cup Sour Milk (2/3 cup Milk mixed with 1 tsp vinegar)
1 1/4 Cup Mashed Banana
2 Eggs

Directions:
-Preheat oven 350

-Grease two 9" round cake pans

-Sift all dry ingredients into large bowl.
-Add butter, milk, and banana; mix until flour is damp.
-Beat with mixer on low for two minutes.
-Add eggs; beat one minute longer.

-Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
