Crust:
2 cup graham cracker crumbs
cup sugar
cup melted butter

Filling:
3 lb package softened cream cheese
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1 pints of sour cream
cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Stir together and press in a spring form pan.
Mix the softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the crust.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Cake should be slightly brown around the edges. Let cool.
Topping: Mix the sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour it on top of cake. Bake for 5 minutes at 400. Cool completely. Refrigerate.
