1/4 C butter
1/2 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 C vodka
1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes (preferably San Marzano)
1/2 pint (1 C) heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, saute onion in he butter until slightly brown and soft. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 min. Pour in vodka and let cook for about 5 min. Mix in crushed tomatoes and cook for about 15 min. Pour in heavy cream and cook for another 15 min.Season with salt & pepper. Serve over cooked pasta.
