2 Cups Flour
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Cloves
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 Cup Applesauce
1 Cup Walnuts: chopped
1 Cup Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat Oven 350
-Grease cake pan lightly.

-Sift flour with soda, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg; set aside.
-In large bowl with mixer on medium cream butter and sugar, until light and fluffy.
-Add egg and vanilla.
-Switch to lower speed and beat in flour mixture.
-Stir in by hand; applesauce, walnuts, and raisins, until well mixed.

-Pour into greased pan; Bake for 25 minutes or until surface springs back.
-Sprinkle nuts and confectioners sugar over top.
