1 8.8-oz round Brie cheese sold in a wooden box
2 t fresh thyme, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 t honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Remove cheese from its wooden box & remove any plastic wrapper. Line the bottom of the box with foil or parchment paper & place the cheese on top.

Slice the garlic clove onto spears. Use a knife to poke holes into the top of the cheese & insert the garlic spears. Sprinkle with the thyme and drizzle with honey. Set the cheese on a sheet pan and bake for 15 min.or until soft (do not bake until it splits open)

Carefully remove cheese from the oven & transfer to a platter. Serve with crackers, bread and/or sliced veggies.
