3lb corned beef brisket
10 small red potatoes
5 fat carrots peeled and cut into 1 inch sections
1 large sweet onion cut into wedges
1 bottle full flavor beer
1 habanero seeded
1 large head of cabbage cut into small wedges

Directions:
Directions:
add all ingredients in crook pot add water to cover everything (night before is best)
set crook pot to slow cook 8-12 hours
for last hour of cooking add cabbage. if no room remove as much liquid as you can from crook pot (turn pot off) add to stove top pot. add cabbage add just enough water to barely cover and simmer about 45 min. to 1 hour.
