1 yellow cake mix, moist
⅓ cup softened margarine
1 egg
3 cups mini marshmallows
Topping
⅔ cup white corn syrup
¼ cup margarine
2 tsp vanilla
1 package butterscotch chips
2 cups rice krispies
Dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, margarine and egg on low and pat in a 9x13 glass
Ungreased pan. Bake at 350º for 12-18 minutes. Place marshmallows
On top of first layer and return to oven until they puff.
Melt corn syrup, margarine and butterscotch chips until smooth.
Add vanilla and rice krispies. Spread over marshmallows and top
With peanuts.
