2 cups raw apples
1 egg
1 cup sugar
¼ C cooking oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
¼ tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine apples and egg, stir well. Add cinnamon, nuts and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, baking soda. Mix dry
ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well.

bake in a loaf pan. bake at 350º F for 40 minutes
