1 2/3 cups flour
1/4 cup superfine sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch salt
5 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
3 cups milk
1/2 stick butter
juice of 5 oranges
3 to 4 tablespoons cocoa
5 to 7 tablespoons confectioners sugar

Directions:

Mix the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
Make a well in the center and add eggs into it.
Beat the mixture.
Add the oil and stir well.
Little by little blend in the milk.
Cover the bowl with a clean dish cloth and let it stand for 2 hours.
Heat some butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the middle of the pan, grasp the pan in both hands to spread the batter evenly.
Once the pancake is cooked on one side, flip it over with a flat spatula.
Let it cool and sprinkle with some orange juice.
Mix 1/2 teaspoon cocoa and 1 teaspoon confectioners sugar into a fine sieve and shake over crepe.
Put the crepe on a warm plate and prepare the others the same way.
