Mix together: 12 oz. Swiss Cheese, shredded ( 3 Cups )
4 oz. Gruyere Cheese, shredded ( 1 Cup )

Add: 1 Tsp. Corn Starch

Directions:
Directions:
Rub Clove Garlic inside of pot. Pour 1 Cup White Wine (like a Sauterne) & 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice into pot. Warm until bubbles form. DO NOT BOIL.

Stir vigorously until done while adding the cheese by handfuls. (This could take a long while) When creamy, add a dash of Nutmeg & Pepper. Transfer to fondu pot. If too thick, add wine to thin.
