2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 C. chopped pecans
2 T. finely chopped onions
1/4 C. chopped green pepper
1 T. salt.
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese.
Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 C. pecans, green pepper, onion and spices.
Chill well.
Form into 2 balls.
Roll in remaining pecans.
Chill until serving.
