Ingredients:  
4 slices thick Bacon and cut up.
2 tsp. Olive Oil or Bacon Fat
1 Leek or yellow onion chopped
1 large head of Cabbage cut into thin strips
tsp. Paprika
Salt and Pepper
cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook Bacon until brown. Take out of pan.
Put 2 tsp. Olive oil in pan.
Cook Leeks or Onion until just barely brown.
Add the cabbage. Season with the Paprika, Salt and Pepper.
Cook until partially softened. Then add Bacon and cook for 2 minutes.
Put in a baking dish.
Spread Sour Cream over top. Sprinkle Cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes.
