1 Package (18¼ oz.) lemon cake mix
Package (3 oz.) orange gelatin
⅔ C. water
⅔ C. canola oil
4 eggs

Icing:
1 C. confectioners sugar
3-4 t. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
2. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan.
3. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
4. Combine confectioners' sugar and enough orange juice to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over cake.
