3 - 4 pounds pork roast
2 onions
1 cup apple juice
16 oz. BBQ Sauce (Famous Dave's Sweet & Zesty)

1 Tbls. light brown sugar
1 Tbls. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and rub onto pork.
Slice one onion and place on the bottom of the crock pot.
Add the seasoned meat then pour in apple juice.
Place second sliced onion over the meat, cover and cook.
Cook on low for 6 hours. Meat is done when it reaches 145º
Remove the meat and save about 1/2 cup liquid to add later when putting it back into the crockpot.
Pull the pork apart with forks.
Chop up onions and add to the meat. Place onion, meat, and bbq sauce into crock pot and heat before serving. Add saved liquid as needed.
