3 lb potatoes
2 lb cod fillets
1 sliced onion chopped
1 (14 oz) can tomatoes
2 tbsp. bacon bits
parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 L dish place a layer of thin sliced potatoes. Next, cover the potatoes with a layer of cod and repeat the layers with a layer of cod on top. Add a cup of water and tomatoes on top. Then add the onion and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in oven for 1 hour at 350F.
