4 tsp butter
2 lb fish fillets
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1 c sour cream
1/4 c fine dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease two quart baking dish with 1 tsp butter. Arrange fish in baking dish. Mix salt, tabasco, paprika, cheese and sour cream. Pour over fish fillets. Dot with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 40 min.
