2 lbs halibut, cod or mackerel
1/2 c cracker crumbs
1/2 c melted butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Coat fish with cracker crumbs and place in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over fish. Bake at 350ºF for 30 min.
