1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp artificial sweetener
1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and baking powder and set aside. Beat together egg, milk, salt and artificial sweetener. Stir in flour until just moistened. Add blueberries. Heat skillet over medium heat and spray with Pam. Pour about 1/4 cup of mixture for each pancake. Cook until bubbly then flip and cook until golden brown.
