Apple Streusel Coffeecake Recipe

2 cup flour
1 egg beaten
cup sugar
cup buttermilk
cup butter
1 can apple pie filling (or whatever you choose)
tsp baking powder
⅓ cup raisins
tsp baking soda

Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl.
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Set aside cup of mixture.
Add baking powder and soda to remaining ingredients.
Combine egg and buttermilk and add to dry ingredients then stir just until moistened.
Spread two-thirds of batter over bottom and part way up the side of greased 9 spring-form pan.
Combine pie filling and raisins and spoon over batter.
Drop spoonfuls of remaining batter over filling and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake at 350F for 50-55 minutes.
