Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
tsp salt
2 tsp ginger
cup melted margarine
cup sugar
cup molasses
tsp baking soda
cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and ginger together then add melted margarine and mix well.
Add sugar and molasses and mix lightly.
Stir in soda and water.
Chill for 3-4 hours before rolling.
Roll to - thick and cut with cookie cutter.
Bake 350F for 11-12 minutes DO NOT OVER BAKE.
