Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup butter
cup berry sugar
1 cup icing sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 cups fine coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars thoroughly.
Add egg and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Add flour and coconut.
Roll into small balls flatten with fork dipped in flour.
Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
