Raspberry Swirls Recipe

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup soft margarine
cups sugar
1 egg
cups raspberry jam
cup coconut
cup walnuts

Cream together butter and sugar and add egg.
Mix gradually and add flour and baking powder.
Mix lightly with hands to form smooth dough.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place dough between 2 sheets of wax paper and roll into large rectangle 13x10".
Combine jam, coconut and nuts then spread evenly over dough.
Roll up tight and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
Grease cookie sheet and bake at 375F for 10 minutes.
