1 pkg of cranberries
1 cup seedless raisins
1 ⅔ cups sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cloves
1 cup water
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium apple peeled and chopped
½ cup diced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and water in large saucepan. Cook 15 minutes until berries pop and mixture thickens. Stir in onion, apple and celery. Simmer 15 minutes or until mixture thickens.

Cool. Store in fridge. Keeps well 2-3 months.
Good with pork/ham/turkey. Good substitute for canned cranberry sauce.
