2 cups seedless raisins
1 cup currents
1 cup seeded raisins
1 candied cherries
1 cup dates
1 cups mixed fruit
cup candied pineapple
1 cup walnuts or pecans
1 Tbsp candied ginger
3 cups flour
cup molasses
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
tsp nutmeg
tsp ginger
tsp mace
tsp gloves
1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
6 eggs
⅓ cup strong coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300F. Line a 10-inch tube pan with greased heavy brown paper. Mix fruit, nuts and ginger in a large bowl. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and spices together over fruit mixture, mixing well so that all fruit is well covered with flour. Cream butter or margarine, add sugar and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in molasses. Add fruit and flour mixture to creamed batter alternating with coffee, beginning and ending with fruit and flour mixture and mixing thoroughly after each addition. Pour into prepared pan and bake 3-3 hours.
