1/2 cup butter
1 ½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
½ cup cocoa
½ cup hot water
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar gradually beating until fluffy.
Add beaten eggs and flour alternating with sour cream.
Dissolve cocoa in hot water cool then add to batter with vanilla.
Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes (if in an oblong pan bake for 35 minutes).
