1/2 cup ranch dressing (lite or fat-free)
1/2 c reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup real bacon bits
2lbs small red potatoes, squared
1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped

Directions:
Directions:
pre heat over to 350 degrees.
mix dressing,cheese, and bacon bits in large bowl
add potatoes and toss lightly. spoon into lightly greased 13X9 baking dish
cover with foil and bake 40min. Remove foil and bake an additional 15min
sprinkle with parsley and serve
