1 jar Pizza Sauce
1 lb. Hamburger
1 Egg White- beaten, divided
1 can Mushrooms-sliced
1 can Crescent Rolls
1 pkg. Cheddar Cheese- grated
1 pkg. Mozzarella Cheese- grated
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain; set aside to cool.

Pour in jar of pizza sauce. Add 1/2 of beaten egg whites; stir. Pour into a 9" x 13" casserole pan. Top with mushrooms and cheeses.

Roll out crescent rolls to form top crust. Lay on top. Brush with egg whites.

Bake at 350º for 30 min. Crust should be golden brown.
