1 puff pastry (or for less fat, use a home-made pizza dough and roll out in rectangle)
Pesto sauce
1 can artichoke hearts (chopped)
Cooked chicken breast (option)
Directions:
Directions:
Roll out one puff pastry. Spread sauce on it. Crumble gorgonzola cheese over it.
Bake 10-12 min. till crust is golden brown and cheese melted
