3/4 - Cup of Butter (Soft) or Fluffo
1 - Unbeaten Egg
2 - Teaspoons of Vanilla
2 - Cups of Flour
1/2 - Teaspoon of Baking Powder
2/3 - Cup of Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together by hand the butter, egg and vanilla.
2. Slowly blend in the flour, baking powder and sugar into the mixture
3. Once fully mixed, take the dough out and place it on an ungreased cookie sheet and form it into oblong rows (¼" x 8")
4. Depress the middle of the dough with a knife in each oblong row and place strawberry jam or jelly in the center.
5. Cook for 15 minutes at 350º.
