Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 C. crisco
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 C oatmeal
1/2 C chopped walnuts.
1 8 oz package chocolate chips
(opt.: raisins)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and shortening.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients: flour, salt, soda).
Add oatmeal, nuts and chocolate chips.
Put tsp. full on baking sheet.
BAke 350 degrees 10-15 minutes.
