Ingredients:  
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tsp. vanilla
3/4 C. sugar
1 C. chopped pecans
1/2 C chopped dates
1 T flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg whites, salt and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks.
Add 3/4 C sugar, beat until stiff.
cut 1 C. pecans and 1/C dates into 1 T flour.
fold into egg whtes.
Drop onto cookie sheet,
Bake 350 degrees , 10-12 minutes.
