1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 C. fresh bread crumbs
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped.
1/2 Can tomato sauce (1/2 x 8 ox)
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauce:
1 1/2 Cups tomato sauce
1 1/2 C. water
3 T. prepared mustard
2 T. vinegar
3 T. brown sugar

Directions:
MIx meatloaf mixture, reform into a round loaf on shallow pan, bake 350 degrees.

combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatloaf mix and bake 1 1/4 hour longer, basting occasionally.

cook noodles al dente.

serve meatloaf and sauce over the bed of noodles.

everyone in the family except Leslie loves this! Aunt Ruby had same tho ingredients were doubled. must be they at a lot!
