1lb carrots cut into 2" pieces
2 tbsp. butter diced
1/5 cup packed brown sugar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots in salted water about 20-25min (do not over cook mushy stage)
Drain carrots, reduce heat to lowest possible setting and return carrots and add remaining ingredients
Cook for 3-5min until sugar is bubbly.
serve hot
