Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (2lbs fresh or 1-29oz &1-160z can)
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla


Topping
1.5 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 c self rising flour
1.5 sticks cold butter but into bits
1.5 cups coarsely chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
mix potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla together in a bowl and spoon into a baking dish.
Mix brown sugar and flour together in a blender. Cut in butter and pecans.
spread over top of potatoes and bake at 350 degrees until topping is crisp and potatoes are hot. about 1 hour
