3 eggs
5 tbsp cream or milk
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 tbsp corn meal
1 tsp vinegar
cinnamon

2-1/2 tbsp milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp corn meal
1/2 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add meal and vinegar and cream or milk. Mix until well blended. Add eggs one at a time. Mix after each addition. Add vanilla. Pour in uncooked shell.

Have oven 450º put in and cook 10 minutes. Then put oven on 325º and cook 24 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.

(On my oven use this temperature - set at 325º then 225º)
