1 lb. Sausage (in a roll)
6 eggs
2 cups Southern Style hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp. garlic powder
pepper to taste
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in large pan. Do not drain. Remove sausage and add hash browns. Maybe a tiny amount of cooking oil. No lid! Lightly brown potatoes on both side, on medium heat; cook until soft but not mushy - about 20 min.

Break up sausage in small pieces and place on top of potatoes - do not mix yet.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with ⅛ cup milk and the seasonings. Pour over the sausage/potatoes in pan. Begin gently turning and mixing, pausing for 5 seconds to cook, and mix/turn again, until everything is mixed well and eggs are cooked.

Put shredded cheese over top and then put lid on. When it's melted, it's ready.
