Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli (or one package of frozen)
1 chicken boullion cube
bread crumbs
8-10 eggs
3-5 slices of American cheese

* you can also add whatever veggies you have and even some left over meat, ham, bacon, sausage

Directions:
Directions:
cook the broccoli in the boullion until tender. In a separate bowl mix eggs, bread crumbs(about a cup) S &P and cheese. Once that is mixed well add the veggies. The mix should resemble batter (not be too watery) Cover the bottome of your frying pan with olive oil and pour the batter in. Cook on med heat, moving the pan often so the mixture doesn't stick to the pan. When the edges start to brown take a plate, slide the egg out on to the plate then flip the uncooked side back into the pan. When both sides are browned it is done.
