6 Pork Chops
⅓ cup Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
tsp. Salt
tsp. Pepper
tsp. Garlic Powder
tsp. Thyme
tsp. Onion Powder
tsp. Oregano
tsp. Basil
1 cups grated Parmesan Cheese



Directions:
Directions:
Combine Mustard, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Thyme, Onion Powder, Oregano, Salt and Pepper into a small bowl to use as marinade.
Add Pork Chops to a zipper bag and pour marinade over top and refrigerate over night
Preheat oven to 400.
Spread Parmesan Cheese into a shallow dish and coat each Pork Chops on all sides.
Add a roasting rack to the baking dish and place Pork Chops on top.
Season with salt and Pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Can broil tops at end until crispy.
