Unfried Fried Pickles Recipe

1 24 oz. jar sliced dill pickles
2 eggs
⅓ c. flour
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic power
kosher salt
fresh ground pepper
1 c. panko bread crumbs
c. grated parmesan cheese

ranch dressing for dipping

Place oven rack in middle position & pre heat to broil. Spray a cooling rack with non stick cooking spray and place on a foil lined cookie sheet.

Whisk eggs with flour, Worcestershire, hot sauce, chili powder, garlic powder and a pinch of salt & pepper.

Place Panko bread rubs in shallow dish. Dunk each pickle in egg mixture, then dredge in panko. Place pickles on cooling rack broil for 3-5 min on each side.
