2 eggs
1 T. water
⅓ c. dry bread crumbs
⅓ c. instant mashed potatoes
⅓ c. grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. sea salt
walleye fillets
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Mix egg with water in a small bowl. Mix bread crumbs, instant mashed potatoes, and parmesan cheese, and salt and put in a pie plate or Ziploc bag. Dip fish in egg mixture and then in dry ingredients. Put on cookie sheet and bake in oven 15-20 minutes.
