5 Red bliss potatoes
2 limes
2 T red wine vinegar
3 Tbl olive oil
1T chopped cilantro
2 tsp agave nectar
1/2 small red onion
1 T whole grain mustard
1 tsp garlic chopped
3 T dark rum
1/2 T coconut flakes
1 T coconut cream
salt and pepper

cook potatoes, dice
put potatoes in ziplock and all rest of ingrediants on top except lime wedges for serving, Put in fridge over 30 minutes before serving
