1 1/4 c choc wafer cookie crumbs
5 oz chocolate covered malted milk balls ( about 1 1/2 cups)
1/3 cup melted butter

8 oz milk choc coarsley chopped
6 oz bittersweet choc coarsley chopped
2 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup malted milk powder
1 tsp vanilla
garnish 12 malted milk balls

oven 350
place 5 oz malted milk balls in food processor, until finely crushed
add 1 cup to cookie crumbs, you should have a 1/2 cup left for filling
stir in melted butter. Press into bottom and up 1/2 inch of sides 0f 9 in springform pan
bake 8-10 mins cool completely.
Gently melt chocolates in bowl over slow boiling water in pan.
in small bowl mix 1/2 cup cream with malted milk powder and vanilla untill disolved. Then stir into chocolate and let set till cool room temp
In large bowl beat remaining 2 cups of cream until stiff peaks form. Stir about 1 cup of the whipped cream into the choc mixture. then fold in remaining. add the 1/2 cup of remaining crushed malt balls. Spoon mousse into crust. Smoothing top, chill at least 3 hours and garnish with whole malt balls.
