3 lbs. pork roast
1/4 c. flour
2 27 oz.cans whole green chilies
2 med. onions
43 oz whole canned tomatoes (chopped by hand) (1 large + 1 smaller can)
3 diced cloves garlic
1 small can diced jalapenos (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dice pork roast to bite size. Add to plastic bag or bowl, add flour & dash of salt & pepper. Shake or stir to coat. Heat oil & cook pork till done.

Dice green chilies & tomatoes, add to crockpot or stew pot. Add jalapenos, onions, garlic & cooked pork. Salt & pepper to taste.

Simmer over night & enjoy!
